L.Pitt - King (16yr old Selle Francais)

Ashleigh was professional, punctual and passionate about my horse's treatment. She gave him a full hour of her time and was very thorough. Being new to pulse therapy, I had quite a few questions for her and she was more than happy to spend the time talking it through and educating me. My horse, King, had recently come back into work after some time off due to illness, and seemed sore in a few areas. He has always been resistant to even the softest of contacts, but after his hour long session he seemed happier to stretch and felt more supple in his neck. My trainer, Melanie Pretty at Cobham Park Stables, schooled him and said it was the best he had felt in a good while! I will definitely be using Ashleigh regularly from now on. I expect a certain level of work from my horse and we jump a lot, so it is only right that he is well taken care of. King visibly enjoyed his treatment too!

A. Cooper - Roger

Ashleigh has been working with my horse, Roger, for a few months and has vastly improved his muscle in his back and hindquarters. The treatment has been very effective ad helpful which allows Roger to ride happier. Ashleigh explains her work as she goes along and always gives updates on her progress. She also has given exercises for me to do with Roger. This allows me to be part of the treatment and help along the way. This treatment has been worthwhile and extremely good for the price. I would definitely recommend Ashleigh to others, from anyone who events their horse to happy hackers.

C. Clark - Assistant Manager at Glanmire Farm Stables

Ashleigh has treated the horses of a number of clients of the livery yard I manage and I have seen huge improvements in them. She is reliable and always returns feedback for the owners to read over. I am very pleased with the results and feedback from the clients and would highly recommend her for treating other clients

H. Pritchard - Flash

Ashleigh was very professional, patient and kind when dealing with my generally nervous youngster. After seeing a mass improvement in clients' horses I decided to try it on Flash, though young and in light work only I could see and feel a massive improvement in him which has encouraged me to continue this form of therapy with him as he develops. Ashleigh explained every aspect of the therapy which put me at ease, she answered all my questions and spent a long time to make sure she was happy with the results and that I could see them too. I would highly recommend Ashleigh and this form of therapy to all horse owners and believe each horse could benefit from a session with Ashleigh

Anna - Shadow

Well what can I say. I've just had the best ride yet on shadow. He went beautifully on his first fun ride in two years. Calm as could be and so relaxed. Three great canters. No leaning and no head down. All three started in trot a couple of strides then canter. One developed into gallop. Probably the fastest I've ever been on him without any leaning. Two great trots on loose rein. Still wonky in trot slightly throws to left but otherwise perfect. Also cantered and galloped on his weaker lead. Chuffed to bits X

L. Watson - Egypt

Hi Ashleigh. Just wanted to let you know how good Egypt was on the right rein today - starting to feel like a different horse!

Jazz - 4yr old ex race horse

The page would not be complete if I didn't add my own personal experience whilst studying at BSET Academy. Towards the last semester Beth Shaw took on an ex racehorse, Jazz, that was going to be put down due to chronic unsoundness. She had very little topline and dropped her near hind resulting in massive restriction of the off hind glute and lumbar. Due to her uneveness behind she began to overuse her pectorial muscles instead of working from behind. She battled to put on weight and suffered from stomach ulcers.

Due to this level of discomfort she was visibly unhappy and often resorted to kicking and nipping. I was given her as a project horse and over time with regular treatment and rehabilitation exercises I was able to build her topline and hindquarter and get her sound again. She filled out and became a happy and healthy horse. Near the end of my studies she was sold to a loving home to play polo. Being able to change the life of a horse and give them a new start is what has made me so passionate about my work and why I strive to achieve these results in every patient.

Shy Lowen Horse Sanctuary

Huge thanks to Ashleigh who visited Shy Lowen and did some work on our horses Basil and Casper yesterday afternoon. She was a pleasure to have around and very thorough and informative. We would highly recommend her excellent services to our horsey friends
